% 08.08.2018 On 04.12.2017, we were informed that the petitioner has expired. Time was sought to take steps to implead legal heirs of the deceased petitioner on record. Further on 03.04.2018, when the matter was listed, it was noticed that the steps had not been taken to bring the legal heirs of the deceased petitioner on record. Counsel for the petitioner submits that he has no further instructions in the matter.
