% 10.07.2017 Crl.M.A.10567/2017 (for exemption) Exemption allowed subject to all just exceptions. Application is disposed of.

CRL.M.C. 2536/2017 It is stated by the counsel for the petitioner that the respondents have settled their dispute amicably before the Mediation Centre, Saket Court on 18th March, 2017. Settlement agreement has been annexed as Annexure 'C'.

Respondent no.2 is present in court along with his counsel and has been identified by SI Anil Kumar. He admits having settled the matter with the petitioner. Investigations are going on. Respondent no.2 admits that he has received the entire settled amount in terms of

the settlement. He submits that he has no objection in case the FIR is quashed.

Keeping in mind the settlement arrived at between the petitioner and the respondent no.2 before the Mediation Centre, in the interest of justice, FIR No.400/2014 registered at PS Chitranjan Park under Section 279/337 IPC and consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
