% 29.01.2018 After some hearing, the counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be allowed to withdraw the present petition and the applications filed therewith as the petitioner, being the plaintiff, would like to move an application for amendment as has been suggested by the civil court in the impugned order pursuant to impleadment of second respondent as additional defendant in the suit. The petition and the applications filed therewith are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed granted subject, however, to the condition that the application for amendment pursuant to the directions in the impugned order must be moved within 30 days of this order.
