O R D E R

% 16.10.2017 It is submitted that petitioner is carrying pregnancy of five months. Petitioner is step-mother of the children (victims). Present FIR is an outcome of the property disputes between the co-accused (petitioner's husband) and complainant. Petitioner did not beat her step children. Co-accused (petitioner's husband) has also filed an FIR against the complainant. Co-accused has already been granted benefit of anticipatory bail. Nothing is to be recovered from the petitioner. Statements of the children have already been recorded during the investigation.

Learned APP submits that children have supported the version of their uncle. MLC is also there. Investigations are still underway.

Keeping in mind the totality of facts and circumstances of the case, it is ordered that in case of arrest petitioner be released on bail subject to her finishing a personal bond in the sum of `10,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer/Investigating Officer/SHO of the concerned police station. Bail application is disposed of in the above terms. Dasti.
