CORAM:

HON'BLE MS. JUSTICE MUKTA GUPTA

O R D E R

% 11.12.2017 By this petition the petitioner had sought parole on the ground of reconstruction of the house and to re-establish social ties. Before filing the petition, the petitioner had filed an application seeking parole on the same ground with the competent authority which was rejected vide communication dated 25th April, 2017.

A perusal of the nominal roll shows that after 25th April, 2017 the petitioner had been granted furlough twice for a period of two weeks and three weeks on 26th July, 2017 and 9th October, 2017 respectively. Thus since the petitioner has already been granted furlough, this Court finds no ground to grant further parole to the petitioner. W.P.(CRL) 1940/2017

Petition is dismissed.

Copy of this order be communicated to the petitioner through Superintendent Tihar Jail.
