This order is in continuation of the earlier order dated 28th July, 2017. 2.

The counsel for the petitioner states that the costs imposed on 28th July, 2017 have been paid and has furnished proof thereof. 3.

The Court Master, on enquiry, confirms.

I have considered the controversy. I have been unable to find any limitation provided anywhere for completion of formalities, after the letters of administration is ordered to be issued.

In the circumstances, though there has indeed been a long delay on part of the petitioner in complying with the formalities and obtaining release of letters of administration ordered to be issued, it is deemed appropriate to allow this petition and to direct that subject to the petitioner complying with the requisite formalities, letters of administration in pursuance to the order dated 26th September, 2001 in Probate Case No.105/1999 of the Court of H.R. Malhotra, District Judge, Delhi be issued to the petitioner. 6.

The petition is disposed of.
