After canvassing some arguments, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition. It is also submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that liberty may be reserved to file a fresh petition challenging the new Rule in place of Rule 3.3(v) of CBSE's Affiliation Bye Laws.

In view of the aforesaid limited submission, this writ petition is permitted to be withdrawn. Liberty is reserved with the petitioner to W.P.(C) No.5749/2017 Page 1 of 2
challenge the newly substituted Affiliation Rules with proper averments, allegations and annexures before the appropriate forum. 3.
