O R D E R

% 04.10.2018 Mr. Lao, the learned counsel for the State submits that the petition is not maintainable in terms of the various prayers sought therein. The petitioner is aggrieved by the non-supply of copy of the complaint filed against him by his estranged wife. He had made an application on 06.09.2018 to respondent no.3 seeking a copy of the aforementioned complaint, so that he may be able to respond to the same and present his case as per law.

The Court is confident that on a reminder being given to respondent no.3, a copy of the complaint will be supplied to him, to enable him to respond to the same.

Mr. Lao, the learned counsel for the State, submits that de hors his contention apropos unsuitability of this petition, the petitioner's complaint dated 13.10.2017, made to Police Station Samaipur Badli, will be looked into and the petitioner will be intimated of action taken thereon within three weeks from today.

The petition, alongwith pending applications, stand disposed-off in the above terms.
