% 12.02.2019 Despite a pass over, none appears for the respondent. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that vide the impugned order dated 16th March, 2017, the petitioner was directed to pay to the respondent a sum of Rs.60,600/- along with a penalty of Rs.6,060/- towards arrears of his wages. He states that the matter has now been amicably settled between the parties and the petitioner has already paid the agreed sum of Rs.45,000/- to the respondent. He prays for and is granted three weeks' time to place on record a copy of the settlement. List on 12th March, 2019.
