This application has been filed on behalf of the respondent, seeking to release a sum of Rs. 3,30,000/-, deposited by the appellants before this Court.

Counsel appearing on behalf of the appellants submits that he does not have any objection to the same.

Counsel for the parties submit that the aforesaid payment be treated in full and final settlement between the parties of the dispute, which is the subject matter of the present appeal.

The aforesaid submission is taken on record and the parties shall be bound by the same.
