% 10.07.2018 The order of which the petitioner alleges a contempt by the officers of the NDMC, has since been carried in appeal by the latter and a Division Bench of this Court has reserved judgment in the said appeal being LPA No. 487/2017, titled as "North Delhi Municipal Corporation vs. D.C.M Limited & Anr.", after hearing learned counsel for the parties. Needless to state that the order dated 26th May, 2017, will merge in the order to be rendered by the Division Bench in the said appeal. In view of the foregoing, the present petition seeking issuance of contempt proceedings against the respondents cannot be proceeded with any further, at this stage.

The petition is accordingly disposed of.
