% 12.04.2018 Vide the present petition, the petitioner has sought a direction to respondent no.1 to make recommendation to respondent no.2 for allotment of a plot of 250 square yds. to the petitioner instead of the recommendation made for allotment of plot of only 80 sq. yds. Though respondent no.1 has failed to file any counter affidavit till date, learned counsel for the respondent no.2 submits that after the filing of the present petition, the respondent no.2 has already received a fresh recommendation dated 03.07.2017 from respondent no.1, requesting respondent no.2 to allot a plot of 250 sq. yds. to the petitioner.

A copy of the communication dated 03.07.2017 is also taken on

record. He submits that in accordance with the aforesaid fresh recommendations, respondent no.2 will take appropriate action expeditiously.

In view of the aforesaid letter dated 3rd July, 2017, nothing further survives for adjudication. The present petition is disposed of in the above terms.
