% 29.11.2016 Petitioner claims to have married Priyanka on 17.11.2016 apprehending that parents of Priyanka, the respondent no. 3 and 4 would marry Priyanka to another person, led to the filing of the present writ petition.
Priyanka is present in court and submits that she has married the petitioner voluntarily out of her own free will and wishes to reside with him.
The respondent no. 3 and 4/parents of Priyanka further submits that in view of the marriage performed by Priyanka against their wishes, they would like to cut off all the social rights from their
daughter.
The parents of the petitioner, who are present in court, accept the marriage and submit that they will support their son and daughter-in-law namely Priyanka.
Priyanka has joined the company of her husband. As prayed the writ petition is disposed of.
