% 28.08.2017 Petitioner approached this Court alleging unauthorized raising of mobile tower on the roof of a building of respondent no.4, which is 100 metres away from the house of the petitioner. Surreptitiously, the petitioner has not chosen to disclose the municipal number of the property of respondent no1, where the mobile tower is being created. Be that as it may, during the course of hearing, ld. counsel for the respondent submits that the mobile tower has since been removed, which is conceded to on behalf of the petitioner. Petition has therefore, become infructuous and is dismissed accordingly. A. K. CHAWLA, J AUGUST 28, 2017 rc
