After addressing arguments for some time, learned counsel for the appellant seeks leave to withdraw the present appeal, which is directed against an order dated 27.3.2017 passed by the learned Family Court, Dwarka, Delhi, on an application filed by the respondent/wife under Section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 whereunder, a sum of Rs.10,000/- p.m. has been awarded in her favour from the date of the application, till disposal of the main petition along with litigation expense of Rs. 20,000/-. 2.
