% 04.02.2019 Parties have entered into a Settlement Agreement dated 20.12.2018. The agreement is signed by the parties. The terms and conditions of the agreement are legal and valid. Parties shall remain bound by the terms and conditions of the Settlement. Learned counsel for the parties also agree that on execution of the transfer documents in favour of the plaintiff the possession of the land in question would be simultaneously handed over to the plaintiff by the defendant. Decree is passed in terms of the Settlement Agreement.

Suit stands disposed of. All pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.

Plaintiff shall be entitled to refund of the Court Fees under section 16 of the Court Fees Act, 1870.
