% 25.10.2017 CM No. 38061/2017 & W.P.(C) 11378/2016 This is an application filed by the petitioner seeking leave to substitute wife of the petitioner, who Mr. R.K. Saini, leaned counsel for the petitioner claims, is in fact the owner of the land in question. After some hearing Mr. Saini wishes to withdraw this application. He further seeks leave to file fresh writ petition in the name of the applicant. He also presses that the interim order granted on December 2, 2016 may be continued for a period of one week.

Counsel for the respondent submits that for a period of one week, no coercive action shall be taken.

Accordingly, writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Respondents shall be bound by the statement made in the court today for a period of one week.
