Present writ petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Cr. P. C. for quashing of FIR No. 746/2015 registered under Sections 354/452/506 IPC and Section 8 of POSCO Act at PS Dabri, New Delhi. It is stated that the matter has been amicably settled with the complainant/respondent No. 2 vide settlement deed dated 22.06.2015. 2.

Victim's parents are present in the Court and have been identified by the Investigating Officer. I have enquired from them if they have settled the dispute on behalf of the victim with the petitioner amicably without any fear or pressure. They have informed that all the disputes between the parties have been resolved amicably with their free consent and they have no objection to the quashing of Crl. M C No. 2661

The petition is supported by affidavits of the parties. Since the dispute between the parties has been settled, no useful purpose will be served to continue with the proceedings. In the interest of justice and to enable the parties to put an end to the litigation, FIR No. 746/2015 registered under Sections 354/452/506 IPC at PS Dabri, New Delhi and all the proceedings arising therefrom are quashed. 4.

The petitioner is directed to deposit ` 20,000/- as costs in the Prime Minister Relief Fund within two weeks. Registry shall ensure its compliance.

5. The petition stands disposed of accordingly. Pending application also stands disposed of.
