The petitioner challenged the order dated 25th May, 2017 whereby her right to cross-examine PW-1 has been closed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner be given one last opportunity to cross-examine PW-1 on 25th October, 2017. It is submitted that the petitioner will not seek any adjournment and he shall positively cross-examine PW-1 on the said date. 3.

In the interest of justice, one last opportunity is granted to the petitioner to cross-examine PW-1 on 25th October, 2017. If the petitioner does not cross-examine PW-1 on 25th October, 2017, his right to crossexamine PW-1 shall stand closed. It is clarified that if the cross-examination does not conclude on 25th October, 2017, the Family Court shall continue the cross-examination on a short date.

This petition and the pending application are disposed of in the above terms.

The record of the Family Court be returned back forthwith. 6.

Copy of this order be given dasti to counsels for the parties under

signature of Court Master.
