% 29.11.2016 Petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the statutory bodies. Submission is that illegal and unauthorized construction is being permitted in plot No.P-350/6, Nafees Road, near Pehelwan Chowk, Opposite S-10, Azzad Sweet Corner, Jogabai Extension Jamia Nagar, new Delhi.

On advance notice, learned counsel for respondent no.1/SDMC has put in appearance. His submission is that the property ground floor, first and second floor of the property have been booked on 14.12.2016 and further action has been taken qua third floor, fourth floor and fifth floor on 01.11.2016. Further submission is that all actions in accordance with law have been initiated and the same shall be taken to its logical end. This statement of the respondent no.1 is

taken on record. It is hoped and expected that this commitment made to the Court by the learned counsel for respondent no.1 shall be honoured in true letter and spirit. Needless to state that adverse order if any is passed against the private respondent, the same will be after a notice to the respondent.

Respondent no.3 will provide all necessary assistance as and when required at the site for demolition.

No further orders are called for in this petition. Petition disposed of in the above terms.
