1. Notice. Mr.Siddharth Dutta, the learned counsel accepts notice for the Respondents and states that if a time bound direction is issued, the refund claim of the Petitioner will be processed.

2. It is accordingly directed that the refund orders will be passed within two weeks from today and within a week thereafter, the refund amount together with interest accrued thereon shall be credited directly to the account of the Petitioner. In the event there is non-compliance with the above directions, it will be open to the Petitioner to seek appropriate remedies in accordance with law.
