% 15.02.2017 By this writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, petitioner has prayed that the respondents be directed to expedite the investigation in the FIR No. 919/2014 under Sections 448/380 IPC registered at Police Station Vijay Vihar.

Learned Additional Standing Counsel submits that investigations are complete and the draft charge-sheet has been prepared and sent to the prosecution branch.

In view of this statement, no further directions are required to be passed.

Writ petition is dismissed.
