The Appellant's appeal (CRL.A. 897/2018) against the judgement of conviction dated 4th June, 2018 and order on sentence dated 6th June, 2018 passed by the ASJ in Sessions Case No. 58981/2016, titled "State v. Sanjay Kumar Yadav", has already been decided by this Court by order dated 20th May, 2025.

The instant petition which was filed by the Appellant through the pairokar impugning the same judgment, has now been rendered infructuous in light of the decision dated 20th May, 2025 mentioned above. 3.
