Petitioner impugns order dated 29.05.2017 whereby the appeal of the petitioner impugning order of the Trial Court dated 24.06.2017 has been dismissed. By order dated 24.06.2017 petitioner was directed to pay maintenance of Rs.25,000/- for the complainant wife and Rs.15,000/- towards the child.

Parties were referred to mediation. Parties have arrived at a settlement before the Delhi High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre. Settlement Agreement dated 31.05.2019 has been executed. 3.
Mr. Anuj Arora, Adv who had appeared for the petitioner before the Mediation Centre along with the petitioner as also the respondent who is present in Court submit that the parties have settled their disputes and parties shall abide by the Settlement Agreement. Respondent who is present submits that she has received the first Crl.Rev.P.579/2017
tranche of Rs.15 lakhs.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the above, petitioner does not wish to press the present petition and he seeks leave to withdraw the same.

Petition is accordingly dismissed as not pressed. 6.
