By this petition, petitioner seeks parole on the ground that he has to re-establish social ties and arrange funds for the family. 2.
A status report has been filed indicating that the mother of the petitioner is residing with the petitioner's sister at her house being No. 15, Gali No.2, Sant Nagar, Firozabad, Uttar Pradesh besides younger brother of the petitioner is also residing in the same locality as that of the mother and looking after himself.

A perusal of the nominal roll reveals that the petitioner is being granted parole and furlough and in the year 2018 he has been granted three furloughs.

Considering the facts verified and that whenever earlier furlough/parole was granted to the petitioner, he surrendered in time, this Court deems it fit to grant parole to the petitioner. It is, therefore directed that the petitioner be released on parole for a period of four weeks on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of ₹10,000/- with one surety of the like amount, subject to the satisfaction of the Superintendent, Mandoli Jail further subject to the condition that the surety of the petitioner will keep his mobile phone in active mode so that in case the petitioner is required to be contacted he can be contacted.

Petition is disposed of.

Copy of the order be communicated to the petitioner through Superintendent, Mandoli Jail.
