Learned counsel for the petitioner states that after the last date of hearing, i.e., 20.09.2018, the impugned order dated 12.09.2018 passed by the Tribunal has been uploaded on the website of the Tribunal and now that the said order is available, he seeks leave to withdraw the present petition while reserving the right of the petitioner to file a fresh petition, impugning the said order on the basis of the findings recorded therein. Learned counsel assures us that he shall file a fresh petition within four working days and till then, requests that the interim protection granted to the petitioner in terms of the order dated 20.09.2018, may be continued. 2.
Leave, as prayed for, is granted. The petition is disposed of alongwith the pending application.
