% 13.12.2017 By this petition the petitioner seeks parole on the ground that he has to file a Special Leave Petition. On a verification conducted, the Status Report reveals that the sister of the petitioner has no control over the petitioner. Further, the victim's house is just next to the house of the petitioner's sister where he proposes to reside on being released on parole. Considering the fact that Special Leave Petition can also be preferred through Jail, this Court finds no ground to grant parole to the petitioner. Petition is dismissed.
A copy of this order be communicated to the petitioner through Superintendent, Mandoli Jail.
