% 19.09.2018 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that vide order dated 06.12.2017 passed in Bail Appln. 2324/2017 titled Manish Aggarwal Vs. The State Govt. of NCT of Delhi petitioner was granted bail. While granting bail one of the conditions imposed on the petitioner was that he shall not leave the country without the permission of the Court. Accordingly, lookout circular has been issued against the petitioner, pursuant to the said order. It is further submitted that FIR No. 295/2017 registered at police station Model Town and the consequent proceedings have already been quashed by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 31.05.2018 passed in Crl. M.C. 2170/2018 titled Manish Aggarwal Vs. State & Anr. Accordingly, lookout circular issued against the petitioner

may also be quashed.

Since the aforesaid FIR and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom have already been quashed against the petitioner, vide order dated 31.05.2018, in my view, lookout circular also needs to be quashed. Accordingly, lookout circular issued against the petitioner is quashed. Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
