However, no one appeared on their behalf when the matter is taken up. Under these circumstances, the said respondents are proceeded ex-parte. The petitioner filed the present petition under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The amount claimed under the present petition is Rs.82,63,461/-.

In view of Section 4 of the Delhi High Court (Amendment) Act, 2015 and the order passed on 24th November, 2015, the petition is transferred to the jurisdiction of District Judge Tis Hazari (West), Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi. Parties to appear before the concerned Court on 29th February, 2016. MANMOHAN SINGH, J.
