O R D E R

% 19.09.2018 Issue notice. Mr. Ranbir Singh Kundu, the learned ASC for the State accepts notice for the State.

The petitioner seeks parole for filing an SLP against her conviction which has been upheld by this Court. She has been incarcerated for more than 5 years. She has earned a remission of more than a year, against a life conviction. The petitioner's address has been verified in terms of the Status Report dated 17.09.2018, handed over to the Court and taken on record. In view of the above, the petitioner is granted parole for a period of three months from the date of her release on her furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Jail Superintendent concerned subject to the following conditions:-

(1) The petitioner shall report to the SHO, concerned Police Station Binda Pur, Delhi, once a week on every Tuesday during the period of parole.

(2) She shall furnish her telephone number to the SHO concerned, which the petitioner shall keep operational at all times (3) She shall not leave the territory of NCT of Delhi. (4) The petitioner shall surrender before the Jail Authorities at the expiry of the period of parole.

With the above directions the writ petition is disposed off. A copy of this order be given dasti to the learned counsel for the parties.
