W.P.(C) 749/2017 and CM No.3485/2017 (Stay) The present writ petition assails the impugned order dated 7th August, 2014 passed by the Debts Recovery Tribunal-I, Delhi in an application being OA No. 87/2012 filed by the respondent-Bank.

We need not go into the merits of the challenge of the order impugned since the petitioner has an alternative remedy of appeal under the provisions of the Recovery of Debts due to Banks and Financial Institutions Act, 1993. The writ petition is, therefore, rejected. Pending application stands disposed of.
