% 24.07.2017 Petitioner seeks directions to the respondent for the issuance of C-forms pertaining to the year 2015-16 for the supply of PAC made by them.

Ld. counsel for the respondent states that, possibly, no C-forms are required to be issued for the subject period. He however, submits that the instant petition shall be treated as a representation of the petitioner and be decided in a time bound manner.

Let the instant petition be treated as the representation of the petitioner, to be decided by a speaking order within four weeks from today.

Decision taken be conveyed to the petitioner forthwith. Should the C-forms be required to be issued to the petitioner for the subject period, C-forms shall be issued within four weeks of the decision taken in that regard.

Petition stands disposed off accordingly.
