% 17.08.2015 The competent authority vide order dated 14th August, 2015, has allowed the prayer of the petitioner to be released on parole for a period of one month.

In that view of the matter, as on date, the petitioner is on parole. Hence the present petition becomes infructuous. The petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn, as having become infructuous.
