% 18.07.2017 It is submitted that petitioner and respondent no. 2 have settled their disputes amicably before the Lok Adalat on 30th October, 2015, inasmuch as settled amount has already been paid to the respondent no. 2; therefore, FIR No.527/2015 under Sections 135/150 of the Indian Electricity Act, 2003 registered at Police Station Okhla Industrial Area on the complaint of respondent no. 2, may be quashed. Respondent no. 2 is represented through its lawyer, who admits that matter has indeed been settled, inasmuch as settled amount has been received by the respondent no. 2. He submits that he has no objection in case FIR is quashed.

Keeping in mind that settlement has been arrived at between the

parties before the Lok Adalat, in the interest of justice, FIR No.527/2015 under Sections 135/150 of the Indian Electricity Act, 2003 registered at Police Station Okhla Industrial Area and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous. Dasti.
