2. Notice. Ms.Swaty Singh Malik, the learned counsel accepts notice for the Respondents and states that the refund is under process.

3. It is accordingly directed that the refund orders will be passed within two weeks from today and within a week thereafter, the refund amount together with interest accrued thereon shall be credited directly to the account of the W.P. (C)5718/2017

Petitioner. In the event there is any grievance regarding non-compliance with the above directions, it is open to the Petitioner to seek appropriate remedies in accordance with law.
