2. Notice. Mr.Siddhartha Shankar Ray, the learned counsel accepts notice for the Respondents and states that the refund of the Petitioner is under process.

3. It is accordingly directed that the refund order will be passed within two weeks from today and within a week thereafter, the refund amount together with interest accrued thereon shall be credited directly to the account of the W.P.(C) 5723/2017 Page 1 of 2.

Petitioner. In the event there is non-compliance with the above directions, it will be open to the Petitioner to seek appropriate remedies in accordance with law.
