The appeal is disposed of in terms of the settlement agreement dated 11th April, 2017. Both the parties shall remain bound by the terms of the settlement.

The amount deposited by the appellant in terms of the order dated 13th July, 2017 be returned back to the appellant along with interest accrued thereon within four weeks.
