O R D E R
% 01.09.2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that FIR has been registered on the directions of the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, Saket Court, passed under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C. after about two and a half years of incident. He submits that the allegations in the FIR are vague and not supported by any document; complainants have alleged that the petitioner and her husband (co-accused) had been running committees and had collected money from them, in instalments, towards the committee amount but did not return the same.
The co-accused is in custody for last one month. During the investigation, Police Custody remand of co-accused was
taken but no document was recovered.
Petitioner is a house wife having two daughters of 10 years and 5 years of age. Petitioner has joined the investigation. Keeping in view the totality of circumstances, it is ordered that in case of arrest, the petitioner be released on anticipatory bail subject to her furnishing a personal bond in the sum of ` 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer/Investigating Officer/SHO concerned.
Bail application is disposed of in the above terms. Dasti.
