The counsel for the petitioner has mentioned the matter in the absence of the counsel for the respondent and states that he withdraws the petition as the matter has been settled. On enquiry, he states that the suit from which this petition arises has also been withdrawn. 3.

There is no reason to disbelieve the counsel or to await the respondent.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Needless to state, the interim order stands vacated.

No costs.
