% 08.01.2020 Vide order dated 25th September, 2018, notice was issued in the petition and the impugned order dated 4th May, 2018 was stayed, subject to the deposit of rent of Rs.3,000/- per month, with effect from 15th January, 2012 till 15th September, 2018, within a period of 15 days. Thereafter, on 15th February 2019, the Court noticed that there was non-compliance of the earlier orders and, accordingly, the stay was vacated and it was directed that notice of the petition be only issued on compliance of the directions contained in the order dated 25th September, 2018. On the next two dates, none has appeared for the Petitioner. The process fee has also been returned under objections on two occasions. On the last date, no proof of the process fee being deposited was filed and costs were also not deposited. Today, none appears. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. PRATHIBA M.
