O R D E R

% 28.07.2017 The petitioner seeks bail in connection with FIR No.47/2017 dated 27.03.2017 (P.S. IGI Airport) instituted for offences under Sections 379, 411, 413 and 34 of the IPC.

The petitioner is alleged to have purchased nine stolen mobile telephones out of which four have been recovered from his possession. The petitioner is said to be in custody since 30.05.2017. Dr.M.P.Singh, APP submits that after investigation, chargesheet in this case has been filed.

Regard being had to the nature of accusation, the period of custody of the petitioner and the fact that now the investigation is complete and chargesheet has been filed, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Let the petitioner be released on bail on his furnishing a bond in the sum of Rs.5,000/- with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court.

It is, however, made clear that if at all the petitioner would involve himself in any other unlawful activity, it would be open for the State to apply for cancellation of his bail.

The petition is disposed of.

A copy of this order be given dasti under the signature of the Court Master.
