This Court is of the opinion that no interference to the order impugned in this appeal is called for since the main suit is listed on 20.07.2017. 2.

During the course of hearing, learned senior counsel has produced copy of the letter dated 07.07.2017 issued by the respondent, requiring it (the appellant) to remove goods and material - evidently a reference to the material kept in the basement of Mohan Dev Building (having regard to the letter quoted in the impugned order dated 28.06.2017). 3.

This Court is of the opinion that responsible representatives / officials of the appellant and the respondent should visit the said site i.e. the FAO(OS) (COMM) No.136/2017

basement at the earliest available opportunity and prepare inventory to be jointly signed by them, listing out the material goods lying there. Photographs of the said premises and material too shall be taken. This inventory shall be filed in Court.

The respondent's counsel states that no precipitative action will be taken till the next date of hearing.

The appeal is disposed of.
