Stating that the learned Additional Rent Controller was on leave on 18th July, 2017 as well as 20th July, 2017 and the matter now stands adjourned to 8th August, 2017, extension of interim protection granted while disposing of the petition on 14th July, 2017 is sought. 4.

On the aforesaid statement, the interim order dated 14th July, 2017 is extended till 8th August, 2017. If the Additional Rent Controller does not take up the matter on 8th August, 2017 also, the interim order shall continue till consideration of the matter by the Additional Rent Controller. 5.

The application is disposed of.
