1. Notice. Mr.Siddharth Dutta, the learned counsel accepts notice for the Respondents and states that the refund of the Petitioner has already been processed.

2. It is accordingly directed that within four weeks from today the refund order will be passed by the Revenue and within a week thereafter, the refund amount together with interest shall be paid directly to the account of the Petitioner. In the event there is any non-compliance with the above order or if there is any grievance, it is open to the Petitioner to seek appropriate remedy in accordance with law. The petition is disposed of in the above terms.
