% 31.08.2017 Mr. Shadan Farasat, learned counsel appearing for the respondent / GNCTD has placed before this court a communication dated August 28, 2017 from the Office of the Deputy Director of Education to the Manager / HOS of the respondent no. 3 / School, whereby the approval, for promotion of the petitioners to the post of TGT (Maths) and TGT (Social Science) has been conveyed. The said communication is taken on record. Mr. Rajiv R. Mishra, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners state the statement of Mr. Farasat based on the communication dated August 28, 2017 shall satisfy the grievance of the petitioners in the writ petition and the petition be disposed of as such.
