% 02.04.2024 1.

Pursuant to the previous order dated 5th January, 2024, court notice was issued to plaintiffs through Mr. Amit Tomar, Advocate to appear on the next date, however, no one appears on behalf of plaintiffs. 2.

It is noted that counsel for the plaintiffs appeared lastly on 12th April, 2023 before the Joint Registrar. It was noted by the Joint Registrar that the list of witnesses and evidence by way of affidavit was still not filed and directions were given for filing the same.

Thereafter, no one appeared on behalf of the plaintiffs nor the list of witnesses and evidence by way of affidavit was filed by them. On three subsequent dates, no one still appeared for plaintiffs. On 4th December, 2023 Joint Registrar noted the same and closed right of plaintiffs to file list of witnesses and evidence by way of affidavit. 4.

Considering these circumstances, it seems that plaintiffs are not keen to prosecute this suit any further.

This suit is dismissed for non-prosecution and stands disposed of accordingly.
