O R D E R

% 20.07.2017 It is submitted that petitioner and respondent no. 2 have settled their disputes amicably; therefore, FIR No. 88/2014 under Sections 354-A/509 IPC registered at Police Station Krishan Nagar on the complaint of respondent no. 2, may be quashed.

Petitioner and respondent no. 2 are living in the same area. Respondent no. 2 is present in Court and has been identified by ASI Jatan Swaroop, P.S. Krishan Nagar. Respondent no. 2 submits that she has settled the matter with the petitioner of her own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion. Respondent no. 2

further submits that she is not willing to pursue the FIR any further. Photocopy of the Compromise Deed dated 6th February, 2017 has been placed on record and respondent no. 2 identifies her signatures on the Compromise Deed.

Keeping in view the settlement arrived at between the petitioner and respondent no. 2, in the interest of justice, FIR No. 88/2014 under Sections 354-A/509 IPC registered at Police Station Krishan Nagar and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed, subject to, however, costs of `10,000/- to be deposited with the Delhi High Court Legal Services Committee within two weeks, receipt thereof be handed over to the Investigating Officer.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous. Dasti.
