% 12.07.2017 The petitioner apprehends trouble at the hands of respondent No.2, whom he has named in the FIR lodged by him. The occurrence leading to the lodging of the FIR was almost a trivia. On the report of the petitioner, FIR No.408/2017 was registered for investigation for the offences under Sections 323/341/427/506/336 and 34 of the IPC. Later Section 307 of the IPC and Sections 25 & 27 of the Arms Act have also been added. It has been informed at the bar that respondent No.2 has been granted bail by the Trial Court in the aforesaid case. Be that as it may, Mr.Mehra, learned Standing counsel has further informed this Court that the local police has been looking after the life and property of the petitioner as it does for other citizens residing in the area. The telephone numbers of two police officers have been provided to the petitioner and an assurance has been given to him that in case of any trouble

in future, his telephone call shall be promptly responded to. There does not appear to be any need for further direction in this case. This writ petition is thus disposed of.
