The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that directions be given to the respondents to mutate the immovable property [being agricultural land in Khasra No.457 min (06-00) situated in the revenue estate of Village Kilokari, Delhi.] 4.
The grievance of the petitioner is that although Shri Dalip Singh had expired several years ago, however, the petitioner, who claims to be the heir of late Shri Dalip Singh has been unable to obtain mutation in his favour. The learned counsel for the respondents states that the petitioner may approach respondent no.2 and he assures this Court that the said respondent
shall take all necessary steps in accordance with law within a period of three months from today.

It is clarified that this Court has not expressed any opinion as to whether the petitioner is entitled for mutation of the property in question and respondent no.2 shall examine the same independently and act as per the procedures established in law.

The petition is disposed of with the aforesaid directions. 7.
