2. Learned counsel for the parties agree that since the amount awarded in the impugned Award is less than Rs.1 crore, the present petition should be transferred to the appropriate subordinate Court.

3. The petition is, accordingly, transferred to the court of the District Judge, Patiala House Court (New Delhi). The parties will appear before the said Court on 10th January, 2017.
